Working With Layers - Unlock the visual power of GIS data using the layers panel
Overlay several data layers at once, or one at a time, with our GIS mapping interface. See what data pertains to your parcel or area of interest instantly by toggling on and off the data layers on our map that most interest you.

Filtering - Search for specific parcels matching your criteria across entire MSAs in just a few clicks
Pulling from dozens of authoritative data sources, find and view only those parcels which match your criteria. See the results in both a visual map view as well as a data table you can export to CSV for additional analysis. All of our layers are at your fingertips

Tools - We included measuring, satellite view, and other features to enrich your analysis; see how to use them here
We provide you with additional tools to help you save time. Our measuring tool lets you change between eight different imperial and metric measurements while you draw live on the map. The satellite view allows you to layer data on top of satellite footage and the light/dark mode allows you to pick your favorite way to view our app.

Layers Series: Zoning - See how a unified color schema and links direct to source ordinances and regulations accelerates your work.
Aside from normalizing zoning districts across the MSAs, we save you time by linking you directly to the authoritative ordinances and regulations. Cut out the interpretation struggle and focus on information you need most to help you and your client make the right decisions.
Layers Series: Cases and Permits - View rulings and changes that impact particular parcels or areas overlaid directly on the map
Get access to a trove of current and historical data related to construction permits, site plan review cases, subdivision cases, and zoning review cases at the tip of your fingers. You’ll see dates, status, case/permit numbers, and other information in-line with the app to enrich your contextual understanding of the properties you are analyzing.
Layers Series: Contour Lines -- Overlay 10’, 5’, and even 2’ contour lines where data is available and switch instantly between imperial and metric.
See how elevation and geographic features affect properties, neighborhoods, and cities. Click anywhere within the MSA to see the exact elevation in feet or meters.
